Emily Wong-Chin began her career at Nestlé Canada in 2012, as a Customer Service Representative shortly after graduating from York University. As a recent graduate, she spent 3 years gaining invaluable experience learning about Supply Chain Operations and LEAN methodologies, while always remaining customer-focused.
Currently working as a Corporate Recruiter, she has experience supporting client groups including Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and IT. As part of Nestlé’s Global Youth Initiative, Emily has a strong involvement in supporting Nestlé Canada in helping young Canadians fulfill their ambitions, while positively contributing to the growth for the Canadian market and Nestlé. For the last two years Emily has taken an active role in planning and executing Nestlé’s Student Recruitment activities and built best in class processes.
Emily holds the Certified Human Resource Professional designation, along with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resources.
