Kimberlea Kozachenko is an established people leader with experience specializing in recruitment & talent management, culture, branding, marketing & communications and HR practices. Kimberlea is also an expert in business transformation, customer experience & product management, carrying the belief that HR professionals can be better organizational partners when they understand the core needs of their people and businesses.

An alumni of Northern Alberta Institute of Technonlogy’s (NAIT) Business Administration program and Athabasca University’s Human Resources and Labour Relations program, Kimberlea is the creator of ATB Financial’s successful “ATB 101” program – their first enterprise wide post-secondary recruitment strategy and student development program. As a published writer and experienced public speaker, she has held a variety of progressively senior HR positions and is an international influencer to the talent community – she has been invited to share her ideas at conferences and learning events for transformative companies such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), MediaCorp and more.
Currently, she is using her skills to elevate talent development practices by encouraging talent to follow their passions and grow beyond the confines of traditional job titles – a journey she herself knows well as she moves from a career focused on talent and HR to pursue her next career chapter to make a positive impact on the experiences of business customers. It’s been her signature method of recruitment and talent development to ask people to share their story, their way in order to find the work that fits their lives and betters the lives of others.
